Request for Proposal: One-Stop Operator
Released Friday, May 1, 2026, Philadelphia Works is seeking a One-Stop Operator interested in coordinating the service delivery of all required partners and core programs in the four PA CareerLink® Philadelphia Centers, as well as that of the System-wide Services provider. Proposals will be accepted through Friday May 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST.
