Request for Qualifications: Program Evaluation

Released Friday, July 18, 2025, Philadelphia Works is seeking a third-party evaluation consultant to optimize program learnings and inform future recommendations. Proposals will be accepted on a rolling basis through Friday, August 15, 2025. Applicants must have experience with evaluation design and methodology, data collection and analysis, reporting and communication, and an understanding of workforce development programs.

Request for Proposals: Vocational Skills Training Programs for Adult Learners in the Public Workforce System in Partnership with Local Employers

Released Monday, July 7, 2025. Seeking entities interested in operating cohort-based, vocational skills training programs for adult career seekers in the public workforce system. Proposals are due Friday, August 1, 2025 at 5:00 PM ET.

Released Monday, June 9, 2025, Philadelphia Works, Inc. seeks to identify regional infrastructure and energy training  providers for the Good Jobs Challenge, a federally funded grant awarded through the Economic Development Administration (EDA), U.S. Department of Commerce.
