Enforcement of Predictability Pay Provision Begins June 1, 2021.

Predictability pay is compensation employers must provide to employees for employer-initiated changes to the posted work schedule such as reduced hours and changes to work shifts.

Covered service retail and hospitality employers include those with 250 or more employees and 30 or more locations, including franchises and chains.
