My name is Chloe Tippins, Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Government and Community Relations as well as the assistant to the Operations Department leadership. Philadelphia Works as an organization is always looking for a way to improve its internal practices to provide better resources and opportunities to all of its external customers whether they are business owners or career seekers. Working at Philadelphia Works has made me look closer at the city and country function as a whole to see how we can improve the services available and economic outlook of Philadelphia residents looking to improve their situations.
Chloe Tippins 
I came to Philadelphia Works in 2015 after spending the previous three years working in the PA CareerLink® Philadelphia centers. In my role as a Senior Research Analyst, I analyze performance and outcomes for various aspects of programs in the centers and create reports that help our organization make informed decisions about service delivery. It is very exciting and fulfilling to work for an organization that truly cares about the communities that we serve, and that is constantly thinking about ways to connect individuals to meaningful work opportunities while also meeting the needs of local employers.

Working here makes me feel like I am making a difference because I can partake in the city’s efforts made toward specific sensitive youth populations that essentially need services and resources toward obtaining their employment and educational goals. Through the emphasis of providing monitoring and support to programs facilitating the Youth Initiatives, there is the ability of not only connecting youth participants to programs but essentially equipping adolescents and young adults with tools and skills that will give them the ability to obtain positive outcomes as they enter the workforce.
