We are excited to announce the appointment of Dante Pietrinferni, Chief Operating Officer at Perley-Halladay Associates, and Jennifer Tenfelde, Executive Director of Human Resources at Polysciences, as the new Co-Chairs of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Manufacturing Alliance (SEPMA).
Longtime contributors to SEPMA’s mission, Dante and Jennifer bring deep industry expertise and a shared commitment to innovation in workforce development. Their leadership will focus on:
- Expanding employer engagement across the region
- Launching career pathway models for youth, dislocated workers, and underserved communities
- Advancing technology adoption and workforce readiness for Industry 4.0
- Strengthening regional coordination to support manufacturing growth and retention
