We are excited to announce the appointment of Dante Pietrinferni, Chief Operating Officer at Perley-Halladay Associates, and Jennifer Tenfelde, Executive Director of Human Resources at Polysciences, as the new Co-Chairs of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Manufacturing Alliance (SEPMA).

Longtime contributors to SEPMA’s mission, Dante and Jennifer bring deep industry expertise and a shared commitment to innovation in workforce development. Their leadership will focus on:

  • Expanding employer engagement across the region
  • Launching career pathway models for youth, dislocated workers, and underserved communities
  • Advancing technology adoption and workforce readiness for Industry 4.0
  • Strengthening regional coordination to support manufacturing growth and retention

We thank outgoing Co-Chairs Frank Cettina and Karla Trotman for their outstanding service—and proudly welcome Dante Pietrinferni and Jennifer Tenfelde as they lead SEPMA into its next chapter.
