The Southeastern Pennsylvania Manufacturing Alliance (SEPMA) engaged the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC) to conduct an economic impact study to quantify the effects of manufacturing-related training programs on wage increases, career advancement, and productivity growth.
