Sue Hoffman is the senior associate of innovation at Philadelphia Works, the city’s workforce development board. She manages a portfolio of projects that test new ways to connect unemployed and underemployed individuals to high wage career pathways.  Ms. Hoffman is an expert on reentry issues and leads the Philadelphia Reentry Coalition’s Employment Subcommittee. Her background includes thirty years of experience in non-profit, government and philanthropy focused on economic justice. Ms. Hoffman holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
