Jamece Joyner is the senior policy associate at Philadelphia Works with close to two decades of experience in workforce development. Throughout this time, she has helped lead the organization’s governance and oversight of the public workforce system and led the design and implementation of local and regional human capital development and other strategic initiatives. In her current capacity, Ms. Joyner is responsible for the development and implementation of the organization’s policy approach for maximum impact on the regions’ workforce development system. Ms. Joyner is a Philadelphia native and is a graduate of Temple University.
